Standard tickets for the UK shows are issued as digital mobile tickets via Ticketmaster / AXS — the official primary providers. They land in the app on your phone, the QR code becomes scannable a few hours before doors. VIP packages and hospitality suite credentials arrive separately by encrypted email twenty-four to forty-eight hours before the show, including your check-in window. All credentials are checked against the ID on the order at the gate.

The VIP Package — "Treat People With Kindness" — is the fan-experience tier: Golden Circle ticket on the pitch, signed memorabilia box, exclusive merch, pre-show champagne lounge, and a meet-and-greet photograph (subject to availability). It is the closest you will be to the stage and the artist.
The Skybox is the private-room tier: a dedicated box on the upper tier, host service, full bar, three-course dinner. Six to fourteen people can host an evening in private with a clear sightline of the entire production. The Skybox is the answer when the question is "we want this to feel like ours."
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. The meet-and-greet element of any VIP package is subject to availability — and to the artist's discretion on the night. What we can guarantee is the closest possible position, the photograph opportunity if there is one, the signed-box delivery, and the route to the official VIP entry. Anyone promising a guaranteed meet-and-greet on a sold-out arena tour is not being honest with you.
Most international guests fly into Heathrow (LHR) or London City (LCY) for the London nights, Manchester (MAN) for the Etihad shows, Edinburgh (EDI) for Murrayfield, and Cardiff (CWL) or Bristol (BRS) for the Principality night. Laurus co-ordinates the full journey: airport pickup, hotel in the host city, chauffeured car to the venue, late dinner and return — all by introduction with our standing partners.
No. Laurus is an independent concierge house. All tickets and hospitality are sourced through Live Nation–authorised programmes, the venues' own hospitality partners, and licensed agents. We are not an official partner of Harry Styles, Erskine Records, Live Nation, Ticketmaster, AXS, or any of the host venues.
If a show is postponed, your ticket transfers automatically to the rescheduled date — that is the standard published policy of both Ticketmaster and AXS. If a show is cancelled outright, face-value refunds are issued through the original ticket provider. Hospitality bookings follow the operator's force-majeure terms. In every case our office acts as your representative — we will not let a refund vanish into a queue.
